Nestled in the heart of California, Son & Crumb is a locally loved sourdough cottage bakery born from quiet mornings, sticky fingers, and a deep love for the magic of good bread. Created by Kaitlyn Quinn, every loaf, bagel, and muffin is naturally leavened, slow fermented, and baked in small batches with care. It’s the kind of bread you tear apart at dinner with friends, savor over a cup of coffee, or wrap up for someone you love.

MEET KAITLYN

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn — California girl, sourdough mama, and proud founder of Son & Crumb.
Baking sourdough brings me peace, purpose, and pure joy.
It started as a passion passed down from my mother-in-law and grew into a dream of making something real—something my son could be proud of. Every item I make is handcrafted with time, love, and intention—just the way our food should be.
I hope it brings a little warmth into your home too.

Each bake is limited so I can keep the quality high and the process joyful.
