The Sourdough Social

In this hands-on workshop, we'll walk through the full sourdough process together -- from feeding your starter, to scoring and baking your loaf. You'll learn the 'why' behind each step, so you can feel confident baking at home without a recipe in front of you. We'll keep things approachable, fun, and full of tips to fit sourdough into your real, every day life. You'll leave with your own dough to bake the next day, a portion of active starter from our favorite local bakery, and the skills (and support) to keep your sourdough journey going. And of course... plenty of bread to taste along the way. Whether you're just starting your sourdough era or just looking to refine your skills, it'll be a fun and information-loaded brunch date solo or with friends. Spots will be limited so don't miss out!!
